Le Club is the best club...

Le Club is the best club I have ever visited, anywhere. I have decided to write another review since my review from my first visit two months ago contains some inaccurate assumptions and incomplete information. I strongly encourage you to visit if you are ever in this part of the world.

With the exception of drinks for the girls, the US dollar goes pretty far here. Entry fee is Q125, or about $15.00. Included in the entry fee are two tickets for free drinks. You will be searched upon entry, but if you have a weapon with you it can be locked up in a small locker just inside the entryway (Guatemala is awash in weaponry).

Depending on what time you arrive, there may be 4-5 girls lined up just inside the door to smile and say hello. If one catches your eye, you can just grab her hand and take her to your table straightaway. Le Club has two floors, and I recommend you sit downstairs if there is available seating. The place is often packed, and it is several degrees hotter (but less crowded) upstairs due to the large crowd. It is also harder to see the stage unless you are sitting at a table right up against the balcony railing.
