I was in Rapid City and after visiting one club, thought I would see if Belle Starr had any thing more to offer. I arrived around 8:14 PM. Admission is only $3.00 and beer is $3.50. Parking was free. The bar is located just inside the front door. Actually there are two bars with a walk way between the bars. The furnishing at the club is pretty nice. One the Tuesday night I was there it looked like there was about 5-8 girls at the club. Most of the girls seem to be 5-7s and primarily stayed at the bar talking with the locals. The club is topless on stage.

The DJ was playing a good mix of music, basically what ever the girl wanted to dance to. This club follows a strictly No Touching rule. However, the girls can touch all they like. It seems the claim to fame for this club is the girls will pick up folded dollar bills with their breast. The DJ hooked me up with the only black girl in the club. She was a 20 year old from Milwaukee. Since I have been to Milwaukee a lot, we talked about the clubs, but she said she did not dance there because of family. Since she was only 20, she did not ask me to buy her a drink.

I made some suggestions for take out, but she kind of danced around the conversation. She never said yes, but she did not say no. She said she was there visiting a fellow dancer and did not drive. It seems the DJ is the main force at the club and any action will go through him. He called me to the stage, placed four $1.00 folded bills on the stage and the black chick started rubbing her tits in my face. I am not much for standing at the stage, so I decided to return to my seat.
