I decided to try Vic's again....

I decided to try Vic's again. My visit in January was terrible, bad dancers with bad attitudes. This week it was the same story. Vic's is in a bad neighborhood, only open during the day, mandatory $5 cover, and only on the street bad parking. The dancers were older women and all black. They dance a bit on the stage and then a number of the elderly women wander around and grind in your lap for tips. You can cop a feel while they are are on your laps and I know some people get extras right at the bar under the counter. The two dancers that bothered to come over to me both had a lot of attitude. They seemed to expect $5's or $10 from me rather than singles and did nothing to earn it. The women push hard for drinks and the dollar parade is as bad as it is at a Russian place but without any place to just sit and watch the show. I'm not going back. The inside of the bar is much nicer than many of the Irvington bars but the neighborhood is worse. While I was there I saw one dancer who should make her living taking her clothing off.
