We visited Heavenly Bodies on Saturday, 5/5, arriving around 11:00 pm. We paid our cover charge of $10 each and were given a token, an armband and coupon for half off a next visit. Upon paying, the bouncer has you place the token into a turn style and enter the club. Despite being in our late 40's we were asked to show ID which surprised us.

The club was very full when we arrived. We had no luck finding a seat initially. A bouncer then approached and seated us at a table that had some partially empty bottles of beer clearing them as we sat down. Mr m00tpoint immediately left for the men's room and mrs m00tpoint looked over the beer list. We were surprised to see three different price levels for beer ranging from $2 to $4. The reasonable pricing sort of made up for the crappy uncomfortable backless bar stool seats. There were NO other seat options in this club which was disappointing. It is definitely a lower class establishment than where we normally go. Waitstaff was attentive but not intrusive all night.

There were three stages but only one was being used when we arrived. It was the small one immediately inside the door. There were a lot of "dancers" on shift - probably around 35-40 - with a nice variety. There were a couple of Eastern European women who looked older but overall most looked in the range of 21-25. Our overall impression of the dancers were that there was very little "dancing" going on at all. Part of this is due to the terrible stage set up. The two satellite stages are very very small and have almost no room for the entertainers to actually dance. There were one or two that tried but most did not even attempt. The main stage had three poles but during our time there one dancer used all three poles during her rotation.
