The PHC redeemed itself since my last visit. Dropped in late afternoon and went right upstairs to scope things out. Went to order a drink at the upstairs bar but the blonde bartender was too busy bullshitting with another customer and could care less about serving drinks apparently. Went down to the lower bar, grabbed a seat and was served immediately where I had a great view at the end of the stage. Finally made it back upstairs to check out the the 4pm review and spied a lovely and curvy brunette with natural assets up top. She was soon on stage and making her rounds so I made it back to the lower bar before she moved to that last "station" on the bar. She was giving me great flirty smiles, I tipped her and she came right over after she was done. With no time to waste, I offered to buy her a drink and a smoke upstairs. Chit chatted while she worked on her drink (she got immediate service from the same ditzy blonde bartender...go figure ;-0) then it was off to the VIP..good times.

The above is the classic PHC methodology. Sure, sometimes tips won't get their attention and it all depends on the supply and demand of the crowd. but the karma came together like it should.

Besides the upstairs bartender, the only other negative with this visit was some funky smell in one of the VIP's...almost like vomit but not sure. It wasn't in the VIP I was in but since they're only separated by curtains, it was close by.
