Still one of the best clubs...

Still one of the best clubs in Canada but it seems to be another casualty of the economy and the declining US dollar.

The last time I was here, the Canadian dollar was worth about $.70 US. Most of the patrons appeared to be from the US. What the hell- LD's were $20 Canadian (about $14 US), fully nude and good contact. We southerners (south of the Canadian border) were already used to a $20 bikini bottom air dance so a $14 nude gropefest was great. The girls seemed to realize this so there was little pressure. They knew they were going to make a buck and, since most of us were paying with US $20 bills, we got $30 worth of LD. That's changed.

With the US $ and Canadian $ about even, we southerners don't get favored treatment any more. Your $20 gets you $20 worth of LD. The girls seem to be hustling a little harder, but still not to the intense levels in some US clubs. The LD's are still gropefests but it takes a little more $$ to really get into it. What's worst of all is the beer. $5 US used to get you a Labatts, cover the tip and rate a smile. Now it just covers the beer.

Enough with the bad news.

The girls are still hot. The LD's are still great. The beer is still cold and better than across the border. Recommendation? You have to try this place at least once. You will return.
