Nothing much has changed at KA...

Nothing much has changed at KA since my last visit. No cover on a Saturday night, $7 beer and lots of very chubby dancers working. Bar staff is friendly enough and the girls are low pressure but there just isn't much to look at here. I would probably try a private dance if I could find a dancer attractive enough to get me interested in spending $30 a song. To be fair, there was one extremely attractive gal working but she was busy with regulars for the entire length of my visit. A mix of ethnicity and age but the one common thread among just about all of the ladies working is a love for fast food and the lack of a gym membership...

I live close by so, despite the lack of quality ladies here, I stop in every few months just to kill an hour or two. Hope springs eternal I guess. I've read on another site that Brazilian legend Rosie is back dancing here again but I have not spotted her yet. She would definitely be a huge talent upgrade for this club.

One thing I will say is that I really don't get the comments in some of the reviews here about the area being sketchy. I've been here hundreds of times over many years and never felt the least bit threatened. It's urban, it's night time and this is a strip club, not a CYO dance. I would exercise the same cautions I exercise when I go to any nightclub. Lock your car, don't drink to much and don't go looking for trouble. A decent place to have a beer or two even if the female talent leaves something to be desired. I've been in a lot worse places than this.
