New management going all out, and, IMHO, some rather amazing new policies deserve some applause. Stopped in last Wednesday at noon for lunch. $10 cover included a steak or grilled chicken dinner - generous portions - grilled nicely - with baked potatoe, veggies, and dinner rolls. Very nice dinner. Friendly, attentive service from a hot waittress. The cover also included a free open bar until 1:00. The doorman gave me three drink tickets when I checked in. Had to work later, so I only used 2, but they let me use the third to buy a drink for a dancer (which I thought was very unusual). The cover also included a free dance in a VIP room (they suggest that it is appropriate to tip the dancer). When I bought a 2 fer $40 uptime, they gave me a small rachet set as a promotional gift. Took advantage of the $150/half hour Champaign room special with Lynn (who I think is one of the most fun dancers I've known). Also bought dances with Suzette (new to me - a MILF with a nicely toned hard body) and Delilah (a very hot little spinner). They are advertising heavily for new dancers and are giving the girls a $200 guarantee per shift. Probably because of that, there were lots of new girls (some obviously new to the business). At least 10 girls working on a weekday afternoon - mostly 7s and 8s. All were friendly and circulating constantly. They were doing 2fers every half hour, and before each one, all of the dancers had to assemble in the dressing room and parade out to talk to custies and seek dances (another nice touch). Good crowd for a weekday. All in all, lots of fun and pretty amazing. This is what a lot of us have said needs to be done to attract crowds during these tough economic times. Now that a club is doing it, it will be interesting to see if customers respond. I for one, hope this works for them and that they continue to give us this kind of value.
