The Lamplighter is in a dumpy...

The Lamplighter is in a dumpy strip mall next to a laundry mat with a closed gas station across the street. There were several rough looking guys loitering in the parking lot when I arrived. Once I entered the club I saw that it was divided in two areas - the strip club part and the bar part. A person could sit on both sides of the bar and there was a pool table in the back. Most of the people and a few of the dancers were sitting around the bar. The division between the two sections was mostly waste high, so bar patrons had a great view of the dancer area. No cover charge if arriving in the afternoon or early evening and the drink prices were low.

The dancer area consisted of small tables and exposed couches lined the edges of the room. There were four sets of couples in the room and about six single guys. The stage was cased in glass with slots for inserting money. One dollar might work, but two is the usual amount. $5 tips usually produce the fully nude showing. You might get attitude through the glass if you under-tip, which caused my wallet to tighten up. There were a few problems with reflections from some of the bar's neon signs, so choose your seat carefully. Lap dances are $10. Grinding, nuzzling, and a little bit of nipple, but not much else. The dancers are fully clothed in the lap dance. I tried a $20 upsell from one gal and didn't notice any difference.

The dancers run the spectrum here from 4 to a dancer who is in the running to be my ATF. Lets say a 4, two 6's, a 7, and two 10's. I had three dances. The first (7) was robotic and didn't talk to me much. The second (6)was more sensual but also more of a hustle (the $20 upgrade). As I was getting up to leave, a 10 started dancing. After her stage show, I engaged her for a series of dances that will make me come back. I forgot that I was sitting in full view of tables and bars. She was personable and friendly, and I will come back just to see her.
