Last minute decision and decided to stop by Playmates. This club is in a run down strip mall and feels kind of suspect on the outside. I went on a Thursday afternoon with the sun shining and still felt concerned of leaving my car.

Went inside the club and it was actually pretty clean. No cover which is nice. Playmates is a small club in comparison to the others in Houston. There is only one stage and the girls did two songs. There is plenty of seating close to the stage. When I went, there were only 4 other patrons and girls were working hard but no one was buying. Seemed like they were just there to drink and look at some pasties. Drink prices were pretty average for the daytime shift. $3 for a beer. They had a pathetic buffet out but I didn't even want to try it. As I mentioned, the club is small so there is no VIP section. Also, there is no real privacy if you want a lapdance.

There were about 8 dancers on shift and majority were Latina. There was one white girl and one black girl. Girls weren't too pushy and pretty much left me alone after I told them I wasn't interested, which I like. No unnecessary attitude or anything. Girls were very average, most being a 5 or 6, a few of the heftier ones were 4s. There were only 2 who I thought were cute. One of them happened to be on stage so I went and tipped her and told her to come by when she was done. She was already trying to work another patron before she got on stage and went back to him after her set. Guy never bought a lapdance from her so that was her lost since I was going to be a paying customer. I went and stopped the other cute one as she was walking around. Told her I wanted a dance and we went to the upper section. Even this area isn't private since the other strippers were just hanging out here. The girl did a very good dance and let me be very hands on but that was about it. We talked for a while, very bubbly personality and could hold a conversation.
