The Millstream Inn while out of the way is conveniently located not far (5min) from the park & ride at 70 @ 695. The location seems somewhat off the beaten path; however, it has a pleasant, fairly safe feel to the immediate location and parking lot. The building has decent curb appeal and is finished similar to what you might find at a golf course country club, very nice, yet not overly fancy. Parking is fairly easy, although the lot may be full later in the evening and additional parking can be found directly across the street. Inside you’ll find a “normal” bar, kind of a cross between a sports bar and Cheers, but with two stages. The bouncers are firm and will brief you on the hands off rules, but they’re not a-holes, unless perhaps you are sloppy drunk or an a-hole yourself. It’s not a “crazy, wild” strip club. It’s a nice bar, with mostly middle aged white males, along with a few other races represented. There is minimal “thug” element. The bouncers and dress code make sure of it. The drinks prices are comparable to the average bar, and specials are frequent, just check their website for the latest. The food was surprisingly good for a strip club and obviously some effort has gone into the kitchen staff and menu selections. Don’t be scared to have lunch or dinner here.

Now to the most important part…the girls. It’s a topless club and the girls have “pasties”, most of which seem to be painted on. Bottoms stay on, so if you’re looking for vaginas, this is not the place. I would say the girls are 25% yuck, 50% average, and 24% attractive/hot. The remaining 1% are the 10’s. However, realizing that different guys like various shapes, and sizes of girls, not to mention a variety of ethnicities, you’re bound to find the girl to suit your tastes. Lapdances can vary from okay to great, it really depends on the dancer and you won’t know until you get one. Not sure there’s any way to prescreen the dancers based on that skillset. Very little hustle, but the girls do work their way around and politely expect at least a buck if they just came off stage. Some will try to sell the lapdance, many don’t sell or have “regulars” that that they retreat to at the bar or in the lounge chairs. The VIP is top notch, however, managers do check in regularly on the girls and infrared cameras are in each VIP section as well as the lapdance section. Just know you may be watched pretty much at all times. Not really sure if it’s more for the protection of the dancers or for rule enforcement. Probably a little of both. Girls and bartenders are all very nice; everyone seems pretty chill and makes you feel at home. Seediness level is extremely low at this club. I did witness one patron get tossed out from the bar, however, he was the loudest, wildest drunk in the place, so no shocker there. I would recommend this club to anyone looking for more of laidback experience. If you’re looking for wild & crazy, head to downtown Baltimore and “the block”. Ditto for large bachelor parties. There were also a fair amount of couples and I did encounter some swingers, but politely declined their advances and it was no problem. Overall, nice club for a low-key experience.
