The Venus used to have some redeeming value; it was a cheap local place, with an occasional attractive dancer mixed in with a mix of unattractive, heavyset, C-tier dancers.

Now, it has no redeeming value. Not one attractive dancer among the mix of heavyset, D-tier girls. This is the last stop for dancers whom are on their way out of the business. The only difference between the old Venus and the new Venus is that now the dancers are worse, they now charge a cover, and they now offer private dances in about the least private place of any strip joint - bar stools within five feet of the stage.

There is absolutely no reason to go to the Venus. None whatsover. You are better off going to a local dive bar (there is one within a half mile in any direction), approach the ugliest, heaviest lady in the bar, buy her some drinks, and take your chances of getting a private dance from her. It is a virtual lock that she will be more attractive when you get her clothes off.
