This was my first trip to PP since it was remodeled and came under new ownership. The physical layout of the club is somewhat different in that the right side of the building, which at times has been a male dancers club, the VIP area, or simply unused, is now the "Strip Steakhouse" which serves full meals at reasonable prices and has a full bar. The double doors between the two haves is kept open (but blocked to foot traffic -- because of ABC laws, I assume) so that you can see into the bar side (beer and soft drinks only) where all the dancing goes on. I saw a number of dancers sitting on the steakhouse side. It would appear that you can order food on the bar side as well (there are menus and I saw a couple of dancers chowing down on burgers).

Cover after 7 PM is $5, free before that. There are various specials for the daytime as well. Beer was $4/bottle.

There were about ten dancers there on a Monday night and roughly 15 or so customers at the most. The bar side is not much changed except that the pool table is gone and the furniture is new (or at least newer) than before and much improved comfort-wise. The main stage is rectangular with two poles, with a smaller stage with one pole on the far wall. When I was there, the main stage was where the action was. Each dancer did a two song set and most stripped to a thong or bikini bottom and pasties, though a few did not remove their tops (probably because not to many customers were tipping). Occasionally a dancer would go to the smaller stage and dance there, but the DJ did not announce this, so it may be at the option of the dancer -- It is not the advertised "private dance" as often there was no customer at that stage while the dancer was there.
