"The Best Club in Charlotte", the numbers say....

With superior competition just down two Interstates in South Carolina, it would seem that the Gentlemen's Club would try just a little harder, but perhaps NC LE is just that much more vigillant. The club is friendly - to a point - and the dances generally were interesting - to a point - but, I cannot say that I was bowled over...except for that one girl who appeared at the end of the evening!

I went to the Gentlemen's Club on a recent Friday night after arriving late and being scheduled for an early morning departure for Charleston, SC, the following morning. Expecting good beer and hoping for good dances, I set my budget for the evening and drove to the club. The beer did not disappoint, but - up until I met Danielle much much too late in the night, the dances sort of did.

Once inside the club and settled into a chair at a table in the second row from the stage, I was the recipient of an ongoing stream of female attention. Since I tend to like tall, lean dancers, I said "no, thank you" to the first five pixies. Only after a while was there a woman I really wanted to meet...and after 20-30 minutes of conversation and a drink, we went off to the VIP Room where we did two dances. Unfortunately, she had promised less than she delivered, so we stopped at two.
