This space is just too huge...
This space is just too huge and too over-the-top luxurious to stay dark for long. So now, in March 2012, it is opening yet again, this time under the name Cover Girls - but it's actually being run by Treasures management. Treasures is another huge, ultra-lux Vegas venue that has run very well for a long time, so it's absolutely worth a visit when it opens.
This space already has a decade of interesting history built behind it. When it opened in 2001, it was billed as the first Vegas mega-club, almost as big as Sapphire and a hundred times more opulent. Jaguars was built and run by industry legend Michael Galardi. Galardi's clubs always deliver the goods. But in 2003, Galardi became the focus of an FBI sting and eventually Jaguars went dark.
Then in September 2005, the space re-debuted, re-branded as Scores, that being the brand that Howard Stern continually plugged on his syndicated radio show every morning … and then patronized in Manhattan every night. As Scores, the club ran even hotter than before.
