The Penthouse is the elite gentlemen's club of Detroit. To fully enjoy the Penthouse experience however, prepare to drop some serious dough as everything tends to get "pricey" very fast. After the mandatory valet parking, entrance, coat check (if necessary) and beverage, you can spend $40 to $50 easy, before you even sit down to enjoy yourself! I for one don't mind this for 2 basic reasons; 1) I got cash, 2) this help keeps most the undesirables at bay (hoodrats, simpletons e.t.c.) If you don't at least have a minimal of $500 of disposable income, I would suggest going to some other destination. The building itself is kept in great shape inside and out. The inner decor has all the lights and glitter, good sound system (e.t.c.) that you would/should expect, providing the party atmosphere. The service is usually pretty good with plenty of waitresses roaming about (many of whom who are more attractive then the "talent" there, but more on that later) but you got to watch some of them, a few of them I found to be very good hustlers. I tend to try to drink as little as possible and spend my dollars on other things...

Now its onto what draws us hot blooded males to "gentlemen's club" to begin with...THE LADIES!!! Due largely to current economic woes I think, the talent has "taken a hit" so to speak the last couple of years. It doesn't seem long ago when you would see 8 or 9 absolute stunners out of the 20 or so dancers. Now you're lucky to spot 2 or 3 of that "ultimate babe" pedigree, out of maybe 11 to 15 dancers per shift. Having said that, the average girl at Penthouse would prolly still rate higher then the average dancer at any other club...on average. Despite the new ordinance hanging over all the clubs heads in Detroit now, I haven't noticed any decline of "quality" in lap dance. The pleasure of the experience often depends on the size of your wallet, your skills (or perhaps, HERS!) at hustling, her willingnes...yadda yadda yadda. As I have mentioned earlier, this isn't the place for lowballers. Although due again to the economy, you could cum away quite satisfied with spending half as much as you would have just a few years ago. I always leave having a pretty good time and I always highly recommend this place to anyone who can afford to. Thats my review! Bye
