I can never quite understand why...

I can never quite understand why the cover charge changes on a regular basis. I never know how much money I should be prepared to pay at the door. Sometimes its $5 sometimes its $8 I have paid as muc has $15. On this visit it was $10. Consistency would be nice. It was pretty dead for a friday night but the weather was crappy too. Didnt see any familiar faces but it has been a while since I have been in. Had a nice blonde spend some time with me, cant remember her name to save my life, sorry. Got her a few drinks and did a couple dances. I would have done more if they had not been $20. They were $10 last time I went there. It's not like they are doing anything extra to justify the jump in price. I was dissappointed. This visit was somewhat of a dud, not much fun. I'll try again one night when the weather isnt scaring everyone away.
