The full disclosure is that this club holds many memories for me. It was the first SC I visited since moving to the area decades ago. I also wound up dating 2 of the girls, one for a few years. And I received my first LD extra here many years ago, a BBBJ (<sigh> you never really forget your first time...).

As the other reviews have said, security cameras were put into the secluded private dance area a couple of years ago, and it virtually wiped out the thrill ride here. Many of the girls I remember have moved on, and S&S has become perhaps the quintessential neighborhood bar/strip club. In fact, I'll argue that now, unless you are a regular, you probably will not have a good time. However, if your goal is to just grab a couple of beers, watch some dancers and leave without wallet bulimia (or much conversation), then it's a good value.

It's been many months since I came in and the club looks exactly the same. Two stages and the girls come around after their dance for tips. At this point - WARNING - if you want a dance, tell her right away. She will not be coming around to talk to you unless you're a regular. In fact, if they're not talking to a regular, it's more likely they'll just sit by themselves at the end of the bar nearest the kitchen and grab a smoke rather than mix with the crowd. The regulars have it all figured out as they all sit and congregate in the corner area where the dancers exit the stage and engage the dancers in prolonged chatter and otherwise occupy their time (none of which, by the way, involves taking a girl for a dance). The girls joke with them, sit on their laps, drink their drinks and of course, don't even seem to make an attempt to socialize outside of that side of the bar.
