I was in the area on a Friday at lunch time and had some free time, so I stopped in. I paid a $5 cover which included lunch.

There were 15-20 girls working. Tastes vary, but all of the girls looked good. Everyone had hair and makeup done. Nobody had an outfit that was torn or worn out. Nobody was obviously drunk (which is more than I can say for some other places I've been). There was also nobody that I'd rate a 9-10.

I've been to HB before, so I'm familiar with the "no/limited contact". I made my way up to the satge to tip every dancer while I was there. Perhaps I gave off a vibe, although I normally spend OK, but I was surprised that I didn't get any dancers coming by my table to ask for a dance. The ones I saw on the floor looked like they were with regulars or potential big spenders. Many of them just disappeared.
