I haven't been back in a long time, and I was worried about what would happen to the place after the Vice/Immigration crackdown.

Nothing to worry about. Since the bust was about organized crime, and not vice, nobody needed to change anything. Still the same mello vibe, still the same russians on the evening shift, still the same hot russians that is. Also still the same pushy russians, but that goes with the territory.
