jeeze . . . it had been a long time since I came to this club, but it is one of the few open locally during the afternoon so -- after a long absence -- I decided to try it again. I prefer afternoons and, I had hoped, maybe they'd treat this week (between xmas and New Years) as a relatively busy one with people taking time off. They didn't. Not enough girls.

Physically, the place is exactly the same as it was a year+ ago. Small entrance way staffed by an old lady collecting the cover. Cover has dropped a bit to $10, but they've made up the difference with a minimum drink (still no booze, though). You go through the door into the big room with the stages and the bar. there's NO private room -- and that means the dances are as still out in the open as they always have been. Most disappointing is that the girls still spend most of their time looking away from you while they dance.

There's some good grinding available -- but with not enough girls the place just seemed depressed. Personally, I find the hit-or-miss at Choo Choo's to fall mostly on miss. It's unfortunate -- they lose my business and I just don't try such a close-by place for my regular business. In fact, I think I won't even try to see if actual weekends are any better -- they often were not when I was a regular here.
