I will start this out by saying that I was NOT planning on going out tonight, I got talked into it by a friend of mine that works at another club. It was me and 4 other guys, a DJ, two doorman and a friend of theirs. Normally I don’t go to strip clubs in groups but I hadn’t been to Dream Palace in awhile and had NEVER been sober before so I figured I would check it out.

My first two experiences were three sheets to the wind – I was absolutely hammered. I first went about six years ago, spent around $800 and left feeling totally used. Wasn’t a great time. Cover was super high, dances were expensive and I ended up back in their private rooms with THE MOST boring dancer ever who made me remove my glasses, which pretty much left me blind. And her dancing 3 feet away from me didn’t help the experience either. I was unimpressed.

The second time was with one of the DJ’s I worked with and the GM I worked for at the time, we had club courtesy, I was drunk again and I spent a decent chunk of change + the dances I was bought, had a slightly better time but still couldn’t get over how expensive it was.
