CLub Skinn used to go by JD's. I am not sure if it was a management change or just a new name throw up to get some more business. I never could get a full answer from the barkeep, I'll let somebody else figure it out.

This place has always been hit or miss. Some of the girls can be decent and outgoing and for the most part good looking. And at other times the Sea Hags can be found strolling around.

Had a few offers for HIGH MILEAGE in the VIP room. Girls were not afraid to get into some detail. Be prepared to drop some bucks for it though. Overall, other clubs in PDX are still better. But if you are in the neighborhood. It's worth a peek.
