Not sure what to make of...

Not sure what to make of The Ritz. Dancer quality was good (not as high as Scores), but I definitely got the vibe that mileage was reserved for regulars. Dagn. Prices were high all things considered.

I was staying in the waterfront area on a business trip and decided to check this place out one night since it is fairly close by. Definitely drive here. There were a few sketchy blocks between hotel and club. Club is on Broadway so the club itself appeared to be in an ok area. Technically there are lots of parking spaces along Broadway but it wasn’t the easiest feat in the world. Be sure to check the time range on the metered spaces. I think I arrive around 6 thus other restaurants etc on Broadway were still open.

You have to sign in at the door when they check you ID, but it didn’t appear to be a big deal. I just signed a fake name. No one tried to match ID to sign in sheet. A little bit sketchy but not a deal breaker. There is a free cover coupon on website so I didn’t have to pay to get in. There did not appear to be a drink minimum when I was there. (Also, did not experience an issue regarding having a cell phone with me.) Non-smoking, nice!
