Tootsie's is HUGE and has a confusing layout. I went after 8:00 and there was a cover charge of $6. It was packed with people and had about 40 dancers on the floor. The good thing is none of the girls are pushy and they rarely approach you unless you make eye contact.

I was not impressed with any girls on the main floor and was about to leave when I noticed that there is an upper level (called 'Next' level) that has an extra $10 cover charge. I decided to check it out and am glad I did.

The upper level looks very upscale and definitely has a much better girl to customer ratio. I got lap dances from two girls. One from Brazil and the other from Columbia. The dances were nice with good contact but nothing spectacular. The upper level also has private rooms(champagne rooms) that cost $100 + whatever the girl charges (some girls charge $200 while some charge more) and I am sure those would be better but did not want to spend any more money here.
