I walked into Cloud Nine fully...
I walked into Cloud Nine fully prepared to turn right around and leave. The exterior is ok--maintained decently but nothing flashy. You walk in and the deejay doubles as the cover collector guy ($2)--too small to really be a bouncer. The collection stand is directly connected to the bar where almost all of the patrons sat. The patrons were out numbered by the dancers 11 to 7 when I stopped in. I would rate the girls from 3 to maybe 6 if I'm feeling generous. All were more mature. I have to admit I prefer dancers to be young and hot, so I was tempted to leave. But I decided to stick around and see how the place worked since I was on recon and wanted a beer anyways.
There was three levels of dances offered: $5 table, $10 Couch (really done on chairs in the open--I didnt really see any difference than the table dances except where they were done) and VIP was $15. Two of the three girls I talked to was willing to drop the price of VIP down to $10/each.
From what I could see, chair and table dances were pretty much one way, and not that exciting of contact. Most of the action seemed to take place at the bar with the girls trying to convince the guys to go up for VIPs.
