I was a customer for years, for a strip club the drink price is low, it's not a high class bar as far as looks go for sure, an interior paint job, a few new decorations to replace the older ones, and a few aspects need minor remodeling, and the look will change completely. With those small changes the bar will look newer and more appealing, to old and new customers. About 6 months ago I started as the part time night manager, for about the last 4 months I've been the full time night manger I've made a some major changes in the way things were being run at night, getting new girls and trying to get more customers. But the big changes I want to make don't happen overnight. if I can get the bars profits up, I can make the bigger changes I want to make and ultimately improve everything about the bar. As manager my goal is to improve the business as best I can, anyway I can, so that's what I'm gonna keep on doing :)
