The Gold Club has now changed...

The Gold Club has now changed its name to the Penthouse Club, much like it did in New Orleans. The interior has been completely remodeled. There are now two stages in the center of the floor with no one dancing on the bar anymore. They have also drastically upgraded the talent level as well. Very impressed with not only the appearance of the staff, but the friendliness and courteousness as well. The upstairs VIP area has also been remodeled to add additional booths. The only complaint I would have is that it continues to have this neighborhood bar attitude. If you are not a regular, it is not very easy to get the attention of any dancers or shot girls. On the night we went, every dancer was dominated by what was obviously a regular for hours. Also, the shot girls have the bad habit of sitting at one table for an extended length of time. I just don't really get how these chicks can make any money doing this. Management needs to get a grip on that. But, overall, kudos to the physical improvements inside the place !!
