I made a stop here during a recent trip to Vegas on a Saturday night. It was a madhouse -- packed with customers and dancers. Two women sidled up to me and my buddy as soon as we walked in the door, and followed us to where the bouncer (eventually) found us seats. From there on it was a high-pressure sale for the $200 half hour in the back room. The next cheapest option was $100 for three songs, which of course is not as good of a value. (As my buddy commented, what ever happened to a $20 lapper?)

The girl who attached herself to me was pretty hot, and I ended up buying the half hour dance. There was a lot of two-way contact, but it ultimately left me unsatisfied. I got the impression that extras may have been available in different rooms, but that would have been prohibitively expensive.

Incidentally, the half hour has a two-drink minimum -- one for you, one for the girl -- and all drinks are $16.50. When you add in the tip for the waitress, the tip for the girl and the cover charge, as soon as you walk into this place you're making a commitment to spend at least $300, during which time you'll get the services of one girl, and on the night I was there it was so packed it was impossible to pick your girl. I've been to other clubs in Vegas that are not as expensive and not as high-pressure, but still nice. (In fairness, Spearmint Rhino is a relatively posh club.) Left to my own devices I would probably go elsewhere.
