I don't have a car, and if I did I wouldn't try to drive it in downtown Albuquerque. The entrance on Central Avenue reminds me of a Jazz Age speakeasy, and more to the point is the "discreet" entrance on an alley behind the club. Nonetheless, this may be the friendliest club in the Southwest. I believe this is the only place south of Flint, MI which still has $5 table dances, where the girls can audition for you. Strange laws here in NM---the so-called topless girls actually have some sort of plastic spray-on pasties, and if you want to buy a dancer a drink, you have to send it back to the dressing room. I would say Cashmere and Nubia are the most talented dancers; both have been there a long time. My particular favorite was Chantel, whom I believe is now on extended leave. The staff is friendly and the dancers enthusiastic, and as Ira Gershwin wrote, "Who could ask for anything more?"
