This iss the club I visit most in El Paso because I simply have more fun here. It's BYOB, but you can buy soda, too. There are two stages and each dancer does one song on each stage before she wanders around the club looking for guys to buy "VIP dances." The VIP room has about 15 overstuffed chairs with high partitions for moderate privacy. Basic lap dances are $20.00, although some girls try to up charge, some by as much as double the price. Make sure you know what the gal is charging before you start, or you could go broke in a hurry! The bouncers aren't too aggressive about watching the VIP, but they are more strict in the main room. Because of that, some of these girls may be generous, but as with every club, ymmv. Over the years I have had some fun experiences at Foxy's, and you can too. Just remeber to treat the girls like people instead of things and you should go home having haD A GOOD TIME.
