The sad thing...

The sad thing is that Kendall apparently has moved on. One girl I talked to said she has moved over to Platinum Diamonds that now bills itself as a Gentleman's Club (instead of the red-neck bar it's been for years...my assessment). That means that Winker's has lost one of its stars. In fact apparently it has lost two. Candie supposedly has taken a break to have a baby... I'll have to try to check out Diamonds to see how Kendall is doing. However, it will be a while before I get the opportunity, so a new, up to date review of that place would be nice.

Of course Winkers is not exactly on top of things since its sign still says Harper's, which it hasn't been for years. In fact "Harper's II" in Greensboro, off Guildford College Rd, was named that by the owners of Harper's, and my guess is that neither place is owned by the original owner. I wonder if the owners think that a sign that says "girls, girls, girls" is really sufficiently informative. I guess so, since I've stopped at lots of places over the years with about the same sophistication of advertising.
