Was heading through Arkansas on a trip to Dallas, TX back in the beginning of June, and I had stopped outside of Little Rock, so I decided to make the trek into Hot Springs to see if the French Quarter was worth anything.

The club was not in a bad area. I was able to park in front, but it's hard to say what this place would be like on a weekend. Cover was $10 to get in.

The room is very long and narrow. The bar is right there up front. Since it's BYOB, the only thing I had available to me was soft drinks. There were groups of people there that had brought their own drinks. One of the girls came and sat down to talk with me once I had sat down by the stage. She was probably about a 6. Cute, but nothing to write home about. I asked her how everything worked there. That's when she brought out the rules page.
