First time visit about 6 PM....

First time visit about 6 PM. Nice looking building/club. Five dollar cover. Raised bar to the left. Stage to the right with main bar beyond and additional raised seating behind the main bar. A group of about a dozen wanna-be-thugs had staked out the seating behind the bar and had girls fawning over them but I saw no sign of any money back there. Another smaller wanna-be group was staking out the stage. I got the impression that these are the regular clientele and DJ was playing Lite-Rap for them. Slow bar service but a 2 for 1 drink special priced out my Heineken at $3.00 per. A dozen plus dancers could be categorized as a cut above in appearance. Mixed ethnically but mostly white. A few were carrying some extra weight but not to the “thick” category. Stage dances were a single girl doing three songs and topless on the third song. Not actually topless as this is a pasties club and whether it was the pasties or the lighting they looked just plain weird. None of the dancers were interested in my wallet since they never approached so I had my beers and decided to leave. The one LD I saw as I was leaving looked very lame by Tampa standards bordering on an air dance. Another club that I’ll leave to their regulars and won’t return.
