Rednecks, Knee Pads & Pool
PRELUDE
It's in the middle of nowhere, on Hwy 80 which runs parallel to I-20. It's between the Delta LA and Mound LA exits and easily reachable from either side. On a prior trip through, I decided to drive by and scope it out. Signage indicated it would be open Thurs-Sat starting at 7PM, with dancers starting on stage at 8PM. Fair enough. Also note this is a redneck / country hole in the wall!
With no reviews for a LONG time, I came back on Thursday as a research project for the team. I had been here on a few occasions before, but MANY years ago. Prior experience was that the place had obvious limitations, but also had some upside / opportunities and worth a chance.
ARRIVAL AND FACILITY
Arrived about 9PM. Building is metal rectangular structure, industrial looking outside and seen a few years. Not terrible, just plain. Parking lot is gravel, and had about 10-15 cars -- OK it's really open and actually some people here. Good start.
Entered the club via door on front wall about 25% from left end. You enter into a small vestibule, and take a left by a small counter where they collected $10 entry fee. No ID scans, no security checks.
From left to right club is laid out as follows: VIP dance room through door to far left. Also to left is a pool table as well as one straight ahead of where you enter. Restrooms are to the back left corner. Straight ahead and along the back wall is the bar, maybe 40 feet long with about a dozen or so stools. Most stools were taken. To the right are several low tables, and many of them were more the diner/restaurant style tables with 4 or 6 chairs on both sides vs the small round cocktail tables. Kinda unusual for this kind of club. To far right end of the room is a long rectangular stage, maybe 12 feet wide and 50 feet long. There are low chairs along both sides and across the end. The stage has a metal pipe rail raised about 6 inches above the dance surface "seperating" the dancers from the clientele. Not real effective, and many of the dancers actually use the pipe creatively as "handles" to interact off the stage edges. Two poles on the stage (used by some of the dancers) as well as some overhead piping that some dancers used to grab onto and swing from. DJ booth is in far back right corner. There are also small round tables with bar height stools along the walls along both sides of the stage. This seemed to be the preferred seating for "stage watching" with a few people sitting there. No one was at the stage when I arrived, though no girls were actually on stage either.
PATRONS / POOL
Apparently they do a 9 ball pool tournament every Thursday, mostly the same locals every week. Most of the patrons were involved, and more people were watching the pool action vs. the stage action. Girls were hanging out by the bar peddling dances and collecting free drinks when not dancing. Patrons mostly older, lots of tats and beards. Think Duck Dynasty...
BEER & STAGE PERFORMANCE
I headed to the bar and got a $4 beer, left a tip. They give your change here in all singles! Ammo to tip with will be easy to come by. Went over and grabbed a chair near stage. My timing was good as they called a dancer to stage within a song or two. 6 girls in rotation, they each dance 2 songs, 2nd was consistently topless. They occasionally insert a break song between dancers (apparently what was happening when I arrived.) Of the 6 dancers, 3 were giving peeks inside the G-string for tips.
DANCERS
Dancers a fairly decent quality. Certainly no 9s or 10s, but mostly slim and mostly fit 5-8s. No model quality beauties, more the redneck girl next door type. 5 caucasian plus 1 cute and fit AA. Most were fairly small breasted -- 4 of the 6 were A or small B. There was one caucasian dancer with some natural Cs and another showed up a bit later with some not prime quality bolt-on Ds. Most of hte dancers were not really my body type (I like em more bombshell / voluptuous), but considering this is a redneck dive bar in the middle of nowhere the dancer quality was above my expectations.
4 of the 6 dancers were wearing knee pads on stage -- hmm interesting. Wonder if those come in useful in the VIP?
Emerald: Cute caucasian raven hair 7 body with smallish As and tight body. Face is maybe a 6.. Wearing a loose white cropped t-shirt showing some nice (though modest size) underboobs.
Brook: Dark haired caucasian with natural Cs on a proportionate frame. Definite 7-8 for me with cute face. A bit of curvy booty, not BBW or even chubby but not slim either.
Ruby: Dark red hair on pale caucasian skin but A cups up top. Cute but a few miles on her -- I'd give a low 7. One of the more engaged / nastier dancers on stage. Could be fun in the VIP.
Summer: Blond with small Bs and looked pretty good from afar. Up close, there is definitely some rode hard / put away wet wear and tear. Could use some more tips to help pay for dental work. A 5 in appearance, but could be fun in the VIP, as she was also the most adventurous on stage, including climbing down over the railing and giving preview lap dances stage side.
Hazel: Attractive AA, with B cups, and tight body. Maybe the tightest body there, but face not quite up to par. Fairly by the book dancing on stage -- not the adventurous stage act. Overall 7.
Melissa: (showed up about 10PM) Slightly curvaceous blond with C+ to D discount bin bolt-ons. From afar she definitely looked like my body type -- but up close and once she pops the top the poor doctors work becomes apparent. Very cute face and easy to talk to. With naturals, I would have given her an 8 -- though some may discount for a few extra pounds down below. Overall 6-7.
VIP:
Girls informed me early on that dance prices might vary between entertainers -- but I didn't find that to be true. Consistent $40/song or 3 for $100 quoted. Dances are in a semi-private room through an open door frame. About 6 couches spread around the room, with about 4 of them not visible from the rest of the bar. No bouncer controlling entry, pretty much the dancer just takes you back and collects when you are done.
Room is decently lighted with about 3 lamps on tables. Prior experience and reviews this room was quite dark and dingy, which was probably for the best as couches were stained and "well ridden". Room has been renovated, with newer looking furniture (a bit too soft/saggy for my taste -- you sink low) but appeared reasonably clean. Walls tastefully decorated with typical strip club posters / art.
I tried a few of the dancers to complete the research project -- poor pitiful me! Consistent across 3 dancers with pretty much unlimited northern exploration and no southern under the G-string. Contact is mostly 1 way, with some light grinding. Not the worst lap dances ever, but I'm not sure they are worth $40/song either. Every time I went back, another customer/dancer came in shortly after so never got any full privacy. That being said, I don't think ITC would be likely here. Maybe with the right girl on a slow night extras could be possible? OTC who knows -- but there is NOTHING including hotels for miles around.
IMPRESSIONS:
Compared to prior visits years before, they had definitely improved the VIP dance room. Main bar area hadn't changed at all. Quality of girls is WAY up vs. the 2-3 3-6s they had before. However, the cost of dances and variety of options in VIP has gone way down. All sorts of options ITC used to be on the not so secret menu with dances starting at $20 and lots of interesting add-on options $100 and up to be had. Not so anymore -- more traditional non-private VIP room with semi-decent contact at $40 each. Meh... Overall if in the area on the few nights they are open I might come back -- but that's mostly because there is no real competition ANYWHERE around. I had a good time, people were friendly and tipped and talked to several friendly girls. Very laid back. With the right expectations, you can have a good time here. It's a safe, friendly dive bar full of redneck men and decently attractive redneck women who happen to occasionally take most of their clothes off -- no more and no less.
