Expensive for US but okay with right attitude
Estonia will generally rip you off, but X Club was alright. Go to their website or facebook page and find the 50 euro deal before going. This gets you in and is good for a free drink and one dance. The dance wasn't fantastic (a lot of upselling), but it was contact and some grind. The drink was standard fare. The club is small with one two stages (situated in a way that would make it awkward if both stages are being used). One was for shower shows and one was traditional dancing.
When I arrived, I was the only customer, which had its advantages and major disadvantages. All dancers expected a five euro tip for dancing, regardless of where you are sitting. But the tip jar includes some contact, which is nice, assuming the dancer is worthwhile. The drink prices aren't all that bad for a club, and they have a mystery prize bowl, which contains an assortment of offers for five euros--from next to nothing, to dancers and more.
The girls were all cool with good attitudes (funny and talkative). Mostly Russian. There are two private dance rooms with lots of room, which could mean they offer more. The dance that was included in my entry was only so-so, as I mentioned, a lot of upselling. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend the place while in the Baltics, but it is not like other clubs, so come with low expectations.
The club itself is hard to get to, out of town a bit, so an Uber or cab is probably best. I walked, which took about 30 minutes from downtown, but it is somewhat far away. Once you arrive, you have to navigate past several bouncers who look like they've watched too many Russian mobster movies. So, who knows if it gets crazy at night. Overall, it was good.
