Had a very poor experience recently with "Kimberly" (about 5'4", dark hair, DDs, slightly slutty/drugged-out look).

She started out by talking a very aggressive game downstairs, in terms of all the things we were going to do when we got to the private dance upstairs. In retrospect, that should have rung alarm bells -- but I have had some very good times here, so I decided to go with it, and we negotiated a very ambitious programme of entertainment - for a goodly sum. I did say "we're going to take it nice and slow, right?" to which she responded "don't worry baby, I'm not going to rush you." (A flat-out lie, as it turned out.)

Once we got upstairs and into the room, the BS began. Would I pay her $20 for the room? No, I've never paid a separate room charge before - just a fee to the bouncer to ensure privacy. Would I please pay her the entire goodly sum up front? No, there's no need for that - I'm not going anywhere. Would I please pay her a $50 'stage cancellation fee' so that if her name was called for the on-stage rotation she wouldn't have to pay the 'penalty' for that? No ... I'll take my chances.
