I made my first, and most likely last, visit to Angels last Sunday evening. The club was easy to spot at night, it stuck out from the road with it's glowing green lights and 2 huge angel statues. They did a great job on the exterior of the club. As you enter, there is a small gap between the outside double doors and the actual doors to the club, (I like this because it gives me a chance to get my cash and belongings organized before I walk in). What I was not expecting was to be smack dab in the middle of the club as soon as I went through the second set of doors, but that's how the club is set up. The club is one big open room with a stage in the middle that is only 5-6 feet away from the front door. The stage had two poles, one on either end. In the time I was there, which wasn't long, I did not see dancers on stage take their tops off. The club was slow, there were about 4 tables of customers and one guy by himself. To your left is a small desk where they ID you and take your cover. Only problem for me was, the desk was empty. I waited over 5 min for someone to come over and take my money, but they never did and I left to check out the other clubs in town. (Turns out, the girls dancing at Angels were more attractive than the ones DJV and LD, ah well.)
