The OG is like a favorite...

The OG is like a favorite stripper past her prime that I still go to see out of a sense of nostalgia more than anything else. The daytime experience can be worth a visit but that ends once happy hour prices are over. They turned the physical club into a very dark, one stage, private booths “intimate” place sometime long ago. What once was the party spot with gorgeous women is now a place to go to have a beer and maybe meet someone for some one-on-one time. Rarely is there anyone on stage during the day unless lots of customers happen to be there but that is also a rare event. The attraction here is no cover during the day, no hard hustle and the low drink prices $ 4-6. This all changes at night – for example a Corona then costs $ 12. One nice thing here is the bartender always gives me a last call for happy hour and was the one who first suggested I pre-buy more beer at happy hour prices which he then keeps on ice.

The dancers are typical daytime second tier but occasionally something special shows up. They also seem to work when they want and aren’t on any kind of predictable schedule. First girl up on this visit was an older blonde. Not usually my type but we had a very nice long conversation and I got a couple of LDs to compensate for her time – nothing too special. Next up was a 24 year old spinner recently arrived from the SR. Very nice girl and in an indication of the poor economy she offered up LDs for 1/$20, 4/$60, or 7/$100 without any negotiation on my part. Pretty good prices for what turned out to be exceptionally good full two-way contact in the private little booths (booths are free during the day and I think $20 at night). BTW, songs are full length.

Like I said, it’s more of a nostalgia thing for me remembering when Vegas (and the OG) used to be a good place to go. These days if you have to be in Vegas the OG is a decent enough place to hang out during the day to kill some time. Your success will depend on which dancers decide to show up that day. Hustle is usually low key but so too is the dancing around other subjects. Like that old stripper, people in the OG aren’t really too interested in playing a lot of time wasting games. Considering that Vegas is the rip-off capitol of the states for SCs, you could do a lot worse than a visit to the OG.
