I had heard from other connoisseurs that The Pink Pony is one of the better clubs in the Atlanta metro region (along with Cheetah, Oasis, and Mardi Gras) so I figured I should check it out. I came in on a Friday night around 11PM; club seemed fairly busy and full of customers. I saw a Lamborghini in the parking. Doormen were fairly strict about checking IDs and dress code at the door, so I had fairly high expectations. Walking in, the club seemed like any other - 3 stages, but actually rather small. The mirrors made the interior seem bigger than it really was. Other than the main stage, the secondary stages were all rather small and had seats by the stage so you pervs can get an up-close show. The girls were all fairly good looking, none were out clearly out of shape or haggard. I didn't see any incredible pole acrobatics here, but I didn't stay very long either. Dances were the standard $10/table dances as it is everywhere else in Atlanta, and the drinks were on par with the Pink Pony's competitors. The Pink Pony is corporate owned, so all in all it was a fairly generic strip club experience. Definitely worth a shot if you are bringing a friend from out of town as it has some of the better women of the Atlanta area, but it certainly is not quite as poppin' of a party as you might expect in, say, Vegas.
