Finally got the chance to check...

Finally got the chance to check out this much raved and highest rated (on tuscl) club. Wasn't all that impressed at the beginning. Arrived (after parking the car at the border and a $5 cab ride) at around 10pm. There were about 15 girls. Mostly 6s and 7s. The atmosphere was good though, as the locals are clearly having great time already with what's available. I wasn't sure at that point what I was ready to buy. Saw a girl standing about 15 feet away who looked cute. Waved her over and as I could see her better, she turned out to be just about a 7 as well. Then she went, with a straight face, "I wan a drink and I wanna f**k". Now I wasn't looking for a romantic relationship or anything but that killed the buzz for me. Bought her a drink ($6~ish) and wasn't able to chat much due to her very very poor English, and then she left. I was a bit disappointed with the whole experience and went over to HK, the quality there is not better, if not worse. So I came back after half an hour. It was about 11:30 now. And god I came through the door and immediately saw a few stunningly hot girls who are easily 9s. And there I suddenly understood what all the fuss around this club was about. The cliente is also, by this time, more of a 60:40 mix between locals and gringos. Saw a few 8s and 9s taken upstairs for extra service, which from what I heard is a fraction of the US price. Too bad I have a girlfriend waiting for me at the hotel in SD and had to head back by then. All in all more of an "eye opener" first time visit to TJ. Hope there'll be many happy returns.
