Dance amongst themselves
Was in the area on a Thursday evening, following a Salukis game, and thought - it's been a hard week. Let's see some boobs. There were two locations close since I am too old to troll the bars for co-eds. I passed Club Coyote since the parking lot seemed really full compared to the size of the building, and continued on US-51 to JB's Place.
First note - the road is dark and the club is in the middle of nowhere. Deer were crossing ahead of me twice, so I slowed down quite a bit given the risk. The building almost pops up from the woods if you're passing. It is definitely a country roadside bar, shorter with tan/brown siding. There were eight cars in the lot total. A door was propped open in the middle of the building so entered after parking.
As mentioned in other reviews, there's two doors - to the right, a door was open to a bar area with multiple pool tables, a few tables for seating, and a bar right on entrance. It looked like every VFW hall I've been to in the state and was EMPTY.
To the left, a handmade wooden sign that said "Boobs" with an arrow pointing to the other door. Eurkea!
Opened the door to a dark room, bar straight ahead, and a doorman/bouncer who told me $5. He broke my $20 from a box under the bar right in front of me, which would seem unsafe, but he could probably snap my arm in half so I bet no one tries him. A fully dressed blonde in a white sweater, filled out nicely, and tight jeans, sat next to him. Probably the sexiest woman in the bar, but she was not working.
Club description:
- Bar is right in front of the entrance, with a door behind it leading to the "regular" bar on the other side. Only one woman seemed to be working behind it, and every once in awhile she would go to the other side. There were no customers over there, though, so it must have been for supplies? There were seven or eight bar stools along the bar.
- Past the bar was the dancer room and a hallway to bathrooms. This area had one bright light above it and a bunch of space, but no one was there.
- To the left of the entrance was a DJ Booth and a short railing/wall with 3 or 4 bar stools on it. One old guy was sitting there all night. I did not see him move from the stool the whole time.
- Past that short wall was the floor, stage, and a lot of seating. There were two older looking couches, with rips in them taped over, along one wall. Chairs and tables are around the stage, and the wall along the stage is like the couches, but one long bench with a soft back.
- The stage itself has a couple of poles on it, but it is VERY low - I would venture to guess seven foot from the stage to the ceiling? Barely any room for pole tricks or anyone tall to wear heels. Most dancers just kind of spun around it or hooked a leg on the poles and leaned back.
- There's also another small stage designed like a cage off to the left of the stage, but I did not see it in use at all during my time there.
- Behind the stage is the VIP area, which was a couple of couches in an open area, but hidden off from the general club except for a door.
- Another downstate club where smoking is allowed inside. No ashtrays seen, just some tall Busch Light cans with the openings used to ash in.
There were five dancers working - three white, two African-American, all 7 or below I'd say by conventional preferences. There were five guys inside, counting myself. The dancers were working the stage to minimal tipping, it seemed, and then chatting amongst themselves at the bar. The DJ kept announcing "And remember, guys, (name) is available for private dances! Just ask her!" - but no one was.
I stood at the bar for awhile with a few drinks ($2 for a Coke in plastic glass) and it took about 30 minutes for any dancer to approach me. Two seemed to have found their customer for the night, talking with them most the time, and another two were chatting with themselves and dancing/twerking on the top of the bar. This was unsettling to the bartender who kept shouting "this side is not stable!"
Eventually, I asked one about the club - what the VIP was like, cost ($25 for topless, 2 for $60 for fully nude), rules ("That's where we can have the most fun" is all I got), and then... she went to the back room. And came out in pants. And left.
The hell?
She returned like 10 minutes later, so I brushed it off, then she did a stage show and came back to me and asked if wanted to buy her a drink ($5 for rum and coke). I asked if she wanted to go to VIP and she gave me a "sure". Had to buy a ticket from the DJ, then take it to the bouncer, then go to the back VIP room.
Side note - I was there more than 2 hours, and I was the only one to go back to the VIP. I do not see how anyone made money that night. Not my business, just an observation.
In VIP, the bouncer comes back and sits at the front of the area. He is not watching closely, but definitely a bit odd. She got fully nude real quick and began the dance, unfortunately mid-song. I could touch, with the obvious exception, and there was reasonable grinding, breast smooshing, and ass shaking inches from my nose. There was no touching from the dancer, but my hands could roam. When the second song was done, she hopped up and said thanks and started dressing. I commented that it was probably the first time I was not asked if I wanted to keep going - to which she said we could go right back to the DJ and buy another ticket to keep going. Weird system.
All in all, I'd go back if in the area, but am not going to make a specific trip for it.
