I hit the Red Parrot on...

I hit the Red Parrot on what must have been a slow night. The outside is really sketchy and it reminds me of a warehouse. Inside it's a lot nicer. It's a spacious club and a good bartender. I'm pretty sure if I'd been there on a weekend evening it would have been amazing. As it was, the place was dragging. All the dancers were older but had amazing figures and obviously take good care of themselves. They were friendly but stuck to their regulars, one of whom made sure I knew he didn't want me tipping his girl at the stage because that was his job. I'm sure she appreciates him chasing tips off to no end.

I'd go back but not on a Monday night. It's clean and seems fun. It's a good choice for a mellow evening.
