I stopped in a few weeks...

I stopped in a few weeks ago as part of my ongoing effort to rediscover what 3 or 4 years ago was an awesome daytime experience. Alas, while the place isn't bad, those days are gone. TDs is still located in a safe part of town. Although you get wanded and your ID gets scanned at the door, I've never seen any problems with customers inside the place. The layout and decor has not changed over the years. On this Saturday afternoon, the place was moderately busy. There were about 7 dancers on shift, both Hispanic and Anglo. A few too many tattoos for my taste. I ended up going to the VIP with a young sweet thing whose name escapes me. Lots of tattoos and piercings, with a lithe athletic body. She gave great full contact dances and I got the impression that you'd have some real fun with her if you were a regular. All in all, TDs is (as my favorite football coach says)what it is. A solid, if unspetacular, club, where you can enjoy the view, get some decent laps, and pass the time out of the heat of Albuquerque in the summer.
