The Penthouse Club is a very attractive venue from te outside and inside. The decor is very appealing for a strip club. The chairs are comfortable and the atmosphere is quaint. I felt very comfortable in the surroundings.

After paying my $12 cover, I sat in the back away from the stage and closer to the bar. I was approached immediately by an attractive waitress for my drink order. It was happy hour so beers were $2.75. I starting watching the stage show. The first 3 girls on stage were mediocre and lacked any creativity. They seemed to follow the same routine and made it a point to express their boredom by rolling their eyes and yawning. Regardless of how many patrons are tipping or are present, I expect more professionalism. A young brunette named Chloe entered the stage and performed a very acrobatic pole routine. I felt compelled to tip her. At first she didn't notice who tipped so I tipped her again for being entertaining.

After watching Chloe, I thought about how long I had been there without any of the ladies approaching me. I had been there for about 45 mins before Chloe approached me. I felt the only she approached me was because I tipped her well on stage. The ladies showed no initiative. I hoped for the same initiative from the dancers as the waitresses.
