It's 10pm and I just got...

It's 10pm and I just got back from Diamond Dolls. Avoid this club. The staff were nice but overall this place is a ripoff. I was the only customer there and they charged me $10 to get in at 7:45. Happy hour was going on but a Miller Lite was still $4, it went up to $5 at 8. One dancer joined me pretty soon after I got there, she was about a 4, had the post-baby body with stretch marks and saggy boobs. She wasn't too pushy about a private dance, seemed content to talk to me for a while but wasn't very interesting. There was one stage going and the dancers didn't get topless. I would get to see a little when I tipped them. The hottest girl there Kat, maybe a 7 but you could still tell she was a mom, seemed pissed to be there. She actually turned down a private dance even though there was only one other guy there at the time. The original dancer who nabbed me, I never got her name but she was blonde, eventually talked me into a private dance and then into the VIP room. Big mistake. First, for the dance, she hadnt told me about the $10 for a wristband to get into the back. They really nickel and dime you at this place. After striking out with Kat I went back to the blonde where she talked me into VIP. She suggested I would get a lot more than she finally provided. I got to touch everywhere but she didn't reciprocate. We were left alone for 30 minutes and no one ever checked on us. When time was up she asked for $325 even though before we started she had told me $175 plus $50 to the house. She argued with me about the price but eventually consented to $175 but thought she deserved a tip. I hate haggling. I gave her $180 so I wouldn't have to wait for change. As I left there were only 2 other customers there and no new dancers- again, this was a Saturday night.

Some numbers: 30 minutes VIP was $225 and included 2 drinks or a bottle of champaign. The ATM fee was $8, the highest I've ever seen, of course I should have hit the bank before I went. Before 8pm beer bottles and shots were $4, then beer went up to $5, not sure about shots. When I left at 10pm there were 6 white dancers and 2 black, all 5's or under. The only 2 customers were a couple of sad old guys. Dancers are supposed to wear dresses on the floor and stage dances are bikini.

I went because Diamond Dolls rated pretty high on here but I had a horrible experience. I feel taken advantage of, especially after just coming off of two amazing days at Inner Room in Cocoa Beach. I can't speak for the other clubs in Daytona but DD should be avoided.
