I have been to cloud 9 several times and it doesn't disappoint. I prefer the smaller clubs and this one has some very good looking girls and the drink pricing is reasonable. My only complaint is that they are not interested in just letting you sit and tip the girls on stage. I come in to relax and there is a big push for you to have a girl sitting with you and for you to buy dances and drinks. I know they do this because not many people seem to tip at the stage anymore, but I am not one of those people. That being said, I am sure I'll be at cloud 9 again the next time I go to Tulsa.
