Came here at the suggestion of...

Came here at the suggestion of a dancer in another club. It is a large warehouse style club. Enter into a theater type foyer – no cover during the day. As you go into the actual club it is a very large open space with two rectangular bars, one to the left and the one that was open straight ahead. Two pool tables beyond the open bar. There is neon lighting, interior is painted black, very large mirrors on the walls and it even has a couple of chandeliers. There is a thigh high square stage with two poles in the middle of the room surrounded by small tables and second catwalk stage in far left hand corner. Beers were about $4 and the clientele was split evenly between old white guys and young black guys. Service was slow as the bartender was hanging out with a couple of guys the whole time. There were 6 dancers in the 5-6 range working. Actually, working isn’t correct. They were hanging out at best and I was never approached. In the 30-40 minutes I was there only one girl got on stage and she sat down and talked to some guy for half of her set. Large screens on the wall showing music videos and the DJ played ghetto rap followed by Sammy Hagar which I found a weird combination. Based on the appearance, this club probably gets a young crowd at night but I’m not sure why they are even open in the daytime. As for myself, I’ll leave the Gold Club to their regular customers and won’t be back.
