I love this place. I have been to Al's many times in the past few years and am amazed at some of the girls here. Most girls are 6s and 7s, but there are always at least 3 or 4 9s and 10s. Some girls are more lenient on you using your hands to explore as opposed to others. Once you figure out which these are, you are set. The champagne room can definitely be an adventure with the right girl.

It's best not to sit down next to the stage, as you can expect to give away a lot more money to the dancers. If you sit at the bar, or on one of the stools encircling the stage you should save a lot of $. The only problem I see with Al's is their featured dancers each weekend are not exactly as nameworthy as most would hope. But still, it is definitely the best thing about a shithole like Reading.
