This is the first and only club in SF I've been to, so I can only compare it to places I've been in other cities. I went three times during my week-long stay in the Bay area. The location's not the greatest, but tolerable. Although only a block or two from a mainstream shopping district in downtown SF, you fairly quickly descend into a scene of urban blight and homelessness once you hit the block the theater is on. I parked in a garage about three blocks away and the walk was progressively worse going toward the theater. Once inside, it's okay. Not the cleanest, with smudges on the doors, windows, mirrors, etc. The bathrooms are horrible. The decor on the inside is whimsical and cheesy, with reflective plastic party ribbon decorating the walls and movie posters of visiting starlets lining the walls. It does have a certain appeal and might make an interesting place to shoot a movie scene or a music video. The lighting is fairly dark except around the stage, so you can take a seat and chill out and it's like you're sitting down to watch a movie. Dancers will pretty quickly come and introduce themselves once you take a seat. If you're not into any dances right away, they don't really stick around and waste any time with you, for the most part. I took my time before I decided to buy any dances. Once I did, I would start with a bikini dance. I took about every three or four dancers who approached me in theater for a bikini dance. The bikini dance area is adjacent the main theater room. You pay $20 per song. The seating is upholstered and lines three walls of the room which is about 200 square feet. I found the bikini dances to be a good investment, because I could get a closer look and get to know the dancers I was considering for a private dance. About every two or three dancers I had a bikini dance with, I would find one I couldn't resist and take her for a private. These were generally 9s and 10s, in my book, with two of them over the course of my visits being absolutely stunning, model-quality specimens. The privates are done in booths in an area adjacent to the bikini dance room. The booths are more well lit, with red light, and have vinyl seating surfaces, linoleum floors, mirrors, a curtain, a shiny metal tissue box, and about 30 square feet of space. I found the prices to be negotiable, but at least $100 for three songs, plus tips. Over the course of three visits, I took five dancers for private dances. Each dancer was amazing in her own way. I'm still smiling.
